Prairie Ridge is an incredible place. The staff is wonderful, including the counselors. They really care about the patients. They have a great holistic approach to treatment - much broader than just a 12 step focus, but including that as an option. There's a pharmacy on site to get you meds if you need them. The food is pretty great (and there's a lot of it). There's a ton to do on the unit, plus trips to the YMCA, church, celebrate recovery, etc. There's an outdoor track so you can get fresh air. And a gym. This is the place to go to get healthy, both physically and mentally.

Facility has exceeded my expectations. Fiance has been to Horizons and they do nothing for her. She is really excelling in the program, loves the counselors and staff. Feel the future is looking bright. Alyssa was fantastic and answered all the questions. Great place to get a new start...thank you Prarie Ridge..

This use to the best facility until they sevragated men and women and employed individuals not focused on true healing. I do not feel all of the counselors were fair, and don't believe patients despite outside medical opinions give chance for healing, Chuck was an amazing counselor always made you feel as you were better. Old program focused more on addi tion and how to avoid triggers and find support. Not T's approach.

Very nice place. Everyone from check in, admissions, counselors, supervisors and front desk were friendly and helpful. Plenty for them to do on their breaks and love that they had a wellness center and music room. They always asked for feedback in groups to see if there was something they could do better. My son was comfortable here and had nothing but good things to say. Highly recommend!

My 26-year old brother successfully completed the program this year. He has been in 7 different rehabilitation programs, but nothing were as awesome this. He was barely lucid on his way to Prairie Ridge and even said he had a plan in place for leaving the facility. Once he actually got engaged in the program, he thrived. I felt like, for the first time in 10 years, I had some of my brother back when I would talk to him on the phone. He speaks very highly of the program, made awesome relationships, felt valued, improved his self-esteem, and gained awesome tools to help in his sobriety. I highly
