I went in this morning at 7:15 AM (June 16, 2014), without notifying them ahead of time. I needed my engine shield re-screwed back on, since it was scraping on the road. (It is located underneath the front end of the car engine).
I also informed them that I could not be late for work (8am) and if I could leave it there to be worked on. They fixed it on the fly and only took them 15 minutes and "DID NOT EVEN CHARGE ME." I was out of the shop by 7:35. Just in case they even called their shuttle service to be on standby to take me to work, talking about professionalism. I would recommend
