The front staff are so disorganized! One person tells you one thing and then the person tells you another!!! Rachel is by far the rudest person ever!!!! When you try to explain anything to her she rolls her eyes at you! Very very unprofessional!!! Don’t waste your time with these people!!!!

If you're a person with a busy daily work schedule like most hard working people, you should think twice before attempting to start scheduling appointments at this establishment. Not all people are fortunate enough to have the ability to cancel an appointment with a 24 hour notice. Working people who have to miss an appointment because their work schedule might not always allow to cancel the day before and not on the day of the appointment will be charged a $50.00 missed appointment fee.
Its unfortunate enough to have to have a need to seek physical therapy, and then it adds salt on a wound to

I went to the 82nd Street facility and never even say my therapist after the first initial visit. On my second visit I was given exercises to do in the pool. I was in the pool with another patient and was given the exact same set of exercises that she was completing. Afterwards I found out that she was there for a neck injury. I was there for foot rehab (I had surgery to repair four broken and displaced metatarsals) and was very surprised that a neck injury and foot injury were

I would like to thank Ryan and Payne for encouraging me and pushing me to keep going. If it wasn't for there help and knowledge in physical therapy, my knee would not be where it is now. I recommend this place to anyone. The therapist are really knowledgeable in there work and want you to get well.

Really disgraceful customer service here.
If you are not fully covered, the appointment will cost 80 dollars.
The therapists are not encouraging at all and often dont even focus on you.
They will say "do this exercise" and walk away assuming youre doing it correctly.
I would never recommend somebody to go here.
