The service was fine but watch out on the billing. They will gouge you.
They billed a rapid strep test out at $77.00 (average cost for an urgent care in the US for this is between $30-40) and coded it as "amplified probe technique" (cotton swab).
They also coded out an "injection" which I did not receive, told me that it was just coded that way because it could be injected. My insurance (who I had just talked to about this) denied this charge as a non covered injection. Clinic told me it was fine because had it been an actual injection there would have been another charge for the injection.

Highly recommend Palouse Medical. Very thankful for their services. I would like to specifically thank Dr. Molly Webber who is treating my 90 year old father. He has colorectal, prostate and bone cancer. With kindness, compassion, and insight, she has been skillfully caring for him (and subsequently us, his children) in his latter stages. He trusts and likes her - which is HUGE for a sick old man who hates doctors. She has gone out of her way in her care. Above and beyond. We are so grateful. A thousand thank you's and kudos to Dr. Molly Webber!

Rude unprofessional behavior of office staff the medical office administrator and the medical office operations manager as well as both medical directors dr. Dennis Simpson and doctor Steven Hall who don't think they have to return phone calls or address valid concerns.
This practice is involved in a discriminatory practice which gives Boutique clients with higher levels of insurance priority to pick and choose what doctor that is MD that they want while advertising the same MD's have availability for all patients. Although I absolutely love my doctor, Dr. Harris I’m so disappointed with the facility as a whole. I recently found out that one of their other providers attended an anti-mask protest and was back to seeing potentially high-risk patients the next day. When I asked about their policy I was told that they are required to quarantine for 14 days if they choose to attend one of these events. However, when I notified the reception area and left a message with the manager I didn’t even receive a return phone call. I genuinely feel like providers who knowingly put patients at risk like this should

After another month of being refused safe & effective treatment for my numerous conditions, I wrote a letter declining my continued participation as a guinea pig to my PCP, & requested to see an MD in clinic who treats patients instead of pushing dangerous NSAIDs on us. I was sent a letter from Palouse Medical informing me that I was no longer welcome at their clinic. By Washington law, they were supposed to give me 30 days. I was given no referral, instead told to "consult the yellow pages".

Dr. Lena (PA) is my favorite Dr. I have ever met. Seriously I have never had such a caring, patient, diligent doctor. Especially in a clinic (Ready care). She does everything she possibly can and actually cares about finding the problem. I came in with pelvic pain and abnormal spotting (sorry TMI). Most Dr's give you some pills and send you on your way. She did a full pelvic exam, had blood drawn to test for anemia, ordered a urinalysis, took her time going through my history and symptoms, asked a ton of questions, and then ordered an ultrasound to look at my ovaries (history of cysts). She

I've seen Dr. Harper for the last 5-6 years and I've never had a better doctor. He was always very attentive and made both pregnancies and the births of my children very easy. The staff are always helpful and I have no problem getting my family in for appts. When I have any type of questions im always called back and responded to quickly. Palouse Medical is hands down the best practice on the Palouse.

Wow. It is almost reassuring to see that I am not alone in my feelings for Palouse Medical. It is a terrible clinic. I switched insurance plans in order to get a better doctor. If it was possible to give a ZERO star or MINUS 5 star rating I would. My experience with Palouse Medical was inexcusable. This clinic is now the reason why I wrote my first ever google review, as I felt compelled to get the word out and hopefully prevent others from making the mistake of choosing Palouse Medical. Palouse Medical administrative staff, nurses, and so-called "managers" are horrific. They were rude

Harper completel wisted my words and made me seem like a bad parent very rude . I felt like i was being judged when talking about my 5 year old daughters health care but he showed no kindness toward neither one of us . This was 6 months ago i now drive 45 mins to lewiston where we finally got the care we deserve. My husband and i are a Christian family and the only reason im posting this so other families d ont have to experience what we

We came to Palouse Medical after trying another family practice in town, and we've never looked back. All of the staff here are friendly, accommodating, and willing to listen to your issues and concerns. The medical care is top notch, and they have gone out of their way to show they care about our well-being.
My only issue with them has been billing problems with our insurance provider (TriWest), but I'm fairly certain this is problem particular to my situation, and would advise others to bear that in mind when considering this otherwise outstanding practice.
