I had a consultation with him for my brother’s charges, he was judge mental about his charges and almost rude when speaking to me about my brother. Basically told me he shouldn’t have done what he had done and was going to do time. NOT how an attorney should think when a perspective client is looking to hire you! You become an attorney to help people in all kinds of situations. Ridiculous.

Fantastic experience- fees were more than fair; what could’ve been a disastrous moving violation situation was negotiated to a no-points equipment violation. Hopefully I won’t need his representation in the future, but will retain Mr. Botnick with zero hesitation if such is required.

I used Robert to help me fight a pretty steep speeding ticket. Robert was able to successfully get my ticket reduced to a 0 point violation and small fine. I had a great experience with Mr. Botnick. He gave me an honest consultation about my speeding ticket that gave me confidence in his work. Sure enough, he managed to plea it down to a no point violation. He was always quick to reply by text and update me about my case, which was very convenient for me. Overall, I’d use his services again, although I don’t plan on needing them again :)
