Many auto body repair facilities work exclusively on newer vehicles, while others work on passenger cars only, at A & M we work on all makes, models and years, no job is too small and everyone is made to feel like they are our #1 customer. Not only did you do a quality job fixing the damage to the outside of my car, you went the extra mile and cleaned up my mess on the inside. This is the kind of extra service I remember my grandparents use to enjoy years ago. I cannot say enough about the quality of the repair work your shop puts out, but also the high quality customer service that you provide puts your business on top.
A&M Auto Body Collision Repair Center has been Certified by Assured Performance, a non-profit consumer advocacy organization, and officially recognized by Ford, Chrysler, GM and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The Certification signifies that A&M has the proper tools, equipment, training and facility necessary to repair the participating manufacturers' vehicles to the manufacturer specifications.
If there are any visible injuries to anyone, call emergency services (911) immediately. Remember that if the accident is just a fender bender, emergency medical care might not be necessary. Call the local Police department if one or more of the vehicles are not drivable, if in doubt DO NOT MOVE THEM.

I had a window broken out and a door handle that was pretty much destroyed. They did a fantastic job on the repairs. As a fantastic bonus that I was not expecting, they did a super job of cleaning the interior of the car as well as washed it! Highly recommend them!

This was absolutely the worst experience ever. They lied, telling me my rim was discontinued, and again when they said the rim was not in my car's size, and again when they said the company didn't sell single rims, and finally by saying the insurance company doesn't buy from 3rd parties! Huh?
After arguing back and forth that repairing the rim isn't going to work, they put the ruined rim back on my car anyway, against my wishes.
And the door they supposedly fixed is not in alignment with the rest of the car. Not to mention they got white paint all over the rim and a black substance on my hood

I enjoyed having the team at A&M take care of the damage to my rig. Aya was upbeat and professional, Brianna was efficient, and Stephanie took the time to help me understand the process and costs; associated with the repairs. While I didn’t get to meet the elves in the workshop who did the repairs, they were able to get the truck back to me the same day of my appointment, which was great. The free car wash was a nice perk. Good as new...on the part they fixed.

Body work and painting were done to standards and the vehicle was cleaned & detailed prior to pick-up. No complaints there. However, communication with the customer was extremely poor.
The vehicle was scheduled for a three day stay. I had to call late in the afternoon of the third day (Friday) to find that the painter had gone on vacation and that the vehicle would need to stay an additional 7 days. Shouldn't the person that scheduled the repair been aware of that? To say the least, I was not happy.

I have tried 2 other autobody shops in Eugene during my 30 yrs of living in the area. Although the other body shops did acceptable repairs to my vehicles, I would rank A&M as exceptional in all areas of service, and have used their services on three separate occasions over the years.
In every incidence, they were willing to work with me to get the appropriate repairs for my particular situations.
