We had an amazing experience with Harper Infinity. I went there with a vehicle in mind that I had found online and was quickly paired with Greg who brought the vehicle out for us to test drive. The whole process was quick and easy. We had a trade in as well and we received good value for it and were able to make the deal happen! Great car buying experience! We had already done a lot of car shopping so we knew the exact vehicle they had that we wanted. However, living 1.5 hours away we needed to work most of the deal by phone before making the drive. While getting the deal we wanted was not achieved directly through the sales person (understandably so) with one email to the sales manager we were contacted immediately and closed the deal. Pick up and signing was smooth and seamless. Great staff and great customer service! We would definitely buy here again!

I bought a QX60 in April and was having a bit of a dilemma programming addresses into other states as we are on a driving trip. I stopped into the dealership today and Phillip went right to work helping my wife and me understand how to program the driving directions. He couldn't have been any nicer!

Harper Infiniti was a great group of professionals. I just recently purchased a vehicle from a different dealership. The vehicle had a recall on it, I was able to schedule an appointment without problem. The date of my appointment everything went smoothly, they put me in a nice luxury vehicle for the day. The service manager I was working with was very accurate on the amount of time that the recall would've taken. The service manager stayed in touch with me every step of the way. Overall my appointment was excellent, I highly recommend service maintenance here.

Had an issue with my new Audi and the air conditioner. Called Harper and was told to bring it over as soon as I could. Took it over the next morning and they soon identified the bad part. Ordered the part and fixed it the next day. They kept me informed along the way and provided a loaner while they worked to fix the issue.
