The worse IVF pharmacy I have ever been to in 5 years. They charged me to ship my time-system product but it arrived a day late. I've been in customer service for 25 years, never are you taught ro blame someone else. Instead of apologizing and offering to compensate for my inconvenience, she blamed FedEx. She said it's on them and she doesn't know what happened. Great, I will make sure my doctor and loved ones never uses them again.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with . I’ve been there 3 times and every time they waited for me to get there until they filled prescriptions even tho they told me it was ready .. not ideal when you have an infant .. the staff is also refuses to help or work with anyone . Overall very rude.

Best specialty pharmacy I ever ordered from. Neil, one of the pharmacist is exceptional as he goes above and beyond to help resolve insurance issues or shipping delays and I incurred both.

Neil has the answers, if you've got the questions.
It's not worth complaining about the cost of infertility drugs, because it's not the pharmists fault. But be certain, they are extravagant.
I happy to report professional and courteous staff, every visit. Just be sure to call and check on your order, before you get there.

If you don't want to use your insurance and don't care about being wise with your money, this is your pharmacy right here. I had a problem with them because they never asked for my insurance so I assumed the meds weren't covered. Later I found out with my insurance that they were covered and they indicated they would allow the claims. Alexander's filed the claims, but did not refund me my money despite them being paid by my insurance as well. When I called Neil to bring attention to this, he got upset and told me was too busy to deal with that. I don't know what to do but will definitely try to

I used this pharmacy once and I don’t recommend them. I like to support small businesses but had to wait too long for my scripts to get filled. I had the scripts sent over days before I went to pick them up and still had to wait a good 25 mins to get them picked up. I tried using them again (I believe in second chances) and called to ask them for a price on two medications. I was told I would receive a call back, never did. I went into the pharmacy and asked for a price a few days later and still waited- after 10 minutes decided to leave. It is not even a busy community- Hamilton, NJ is practically

I’ve been going here for over 10 years to fill my prescriptions. They were Very helpful when my insurance was changing and my insurance wouldn’t accept Alexanders and they wanted me to go to one of the larger chain pharmacies.I wasn’t covered by insurance in their pharmacy any longer but They were somehow able to change that and now my insurance is accepted there. 👏Everyone is very nice and they are helpful when you have a question about anything. I don’t feel like a number, which the larger chain pharmacies make you feel. Every year I get a happy Birthday call on my birthday, I don’t

There is terrible customer service from this pharmacy. Three weeks have gone by and I still do not have my prescription. Excuses after excuses with a different reason every time. And no phone calls to let me know that the medication would be delayed. Each time I had to call to ask after the order. The worst.
Update:
Since I completed this review yesterday, my prescription was sent to another compounding pharmacy who have it their queue and it will be completed today at only 1/3 the cost of the quote that I was given for the same size tube at Alexander Twin. So, not only was the customer service

I would NEVER do business with this place again. They were some what cheaper vs other places I had called to ask about fertility meds. I had my clinic fax over the prescription and they received it on a Wed. They called me on a Thursday and told me my clinic had sent it over and give them a call when I needed it filled. 6 days later, I called to have it filled and they told me I was no where to be found in their system and they had no prescription for me. I saved the voicemail thankfully and played it back. Neil or whatever his name is, he said that he would call my clinic and get it faxed back
