I have worked with 2 agents in this office over the 13 years for all of my real estate transactions. I ended up at this office after working with another local office trying to sell my parents ranch. It was on the market for just over 3 years when I decided to look around at other options. After re-listing it with Santa Ynez Valley Real Estate, it was sold in less than 6 months. Since then, I knew that I had a solid team behind me and together we have bought and sold 9 properties. While I’m sure the people that work here are some very fine people, the racist scarecrow this year and the equally abhorant violence towards a woman (Hilary I think, it was meant to be?) last year, have completely turned me off of following what is meant to be a fun and KID friendly community event. This company needs to seriously re-think how to have ‘fun’.
