Established in 1993, Harmony Investments, Inc. was founded by Mark F. Garcea and Page S. Johnson, II with a focus on acquiring and managing various commercial and industrial real estate properties.The portfolio quickly grew to include office buildings, shopping centers, residential apartments, sports franchises, and hotels.

All office space rates include full service - electricity, water, trash and five days a week cleaning. The retail rates are in addition to the pass-through rate for common area expenses, taxes and insurance, which can be discussed in greater detail when you schedule your site tour with our Property Manager.

Our gorgeous one and two-bedroom apartment homes feature high-end finishes including stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops, custom lighting packages, and stylish flooring. Every apartment home is appointed with a private patio or balcony, washer and dryer, large walk-in closets, and spacious, well thought out floorplans.

Harmony Hospitality developed the first Tru by Hilton Hotel in the Hampton Roads Area. Convenient to Norfolk International Airport, the hotel is adjacent to the Quality Suites and Sleep Inn hotels at Lake Wright. Harmony Hospitality is developing a 114-room Home2 Suites by Hilton in the growing Princess Anne Corridor - a medical, recreational, and higher-education hub located in the City's southern portion, adjacent to the municipal complex.
