I have rented with Excelle for the last two and half years, and I never had a problem. When I had a hard time paying rent, they worked with me.

My daughter and granddaughters lived at Greystone and in June was notified that there was a "leak" on the neighbors side in kitchen and that she would need to move out immediately due to walls needing to be torn down. My daughter tried reaching out to management trying to figure out if they were going to help find a place to live, get her deposit, etc since she had just moved in 2 months prior with no response then came July and still nothing. Then the last week of July management decides that she needed to move out ASAP and they had no available apartments for her and her children to move to but

I would love to rate more stars but it doesn’t let me. These folks were a absolute delight to work with in regards to buying a home. From step one all the way to closing day. They were absolutely magnificent. I’ve been told before that that process is extremely stressful, and I’m sure it can be. They made it a absolute breeze. I really can’t express my gratitude with how well Carl worked with me and the mortgage company. He kept me in the loop with every detail and was patience with explaining certain things to a brand new buyer. He definitely went above and beyond. I absolutely appreciate

Lack of communication poor management no one is on the same page with their listings and what is really available and what isn’t. I was completely lied to and used and wasted my time money and energy. Completely feel in love with a place and it got roped out from under me in less than 24 hours after I’ve as told no one has even viewed the property yet. After an application had already been submitted a week prior and they were signing the lease to the place. Will never go through Excelle again and do not recommend to anyone. I will be finding a better realtor and company to go through starting

I moved out of my apartment a few months ago and when I received my deposit back ($65.00 out of $250). I was very angry. I was accused of having switched out the locking door knobs to the bedroom and replacing it with a passage knob. ($30) and I was charged for so calling "damaging" the smoke alarms. ($30). I had merely taken them down because the batteries needed to be replaced so I left them open and available to make it easy for them to replace. I emailed the office manager and she said would look into the charges. She consulted with her boss, and he said the charges were correct. So, then I

This company is horrible. Months of nitpicking from management and awful customer service. Nobody is on the same page at the office and I get different stories from everyone whenever I call about an issue. They tell you you’re good then screw you over months later adding statements to your bill that they don’t notify you about. Please do not rent or do business with Excelle Properties. The only reason I’m giving one star is because that’s the lowest option.

Moved in, several things not quite right. Replaced two packs of lightbulbs, dug up bamboo that was taking over the yard. After a year of faithfully paying rent, I put in my notice to move after losing my mother. While making arrangements, the office staff called asking to show the house. We asked if they could give us some time as we were dealing with a lot. That only got us threatened twice with eviction if we did not comply. After they made us upset to the point of tears, they gave us a week. After we moved out, they charged us for things we listed on the move in inventory and for imaginary cleaning

Carl and his staff are the worst people I’ve had to do business with in my entire life. We transferred our lease from one location to another in September of 2017. After we moved in we were forced to sleep on the kitchen floor due to a roof leak in the bed room. This same spot in the roof would continue to leak the remainder of our lease. They came out a total of 5 times to “fix” the roof leak. Once I got upset Carl informed me it was an act of God and there wasn’t anything he could do about it. We got a total of $105 back from our $500 deposit. We received our deposit 27 days after moving

They are a rip off. The people are rude and should have their real estate license taken away. They do not fix things that need to be fixed and charge you for them anyways and if you are a few days late on rent they are quick to put a vacate notice on your door especially during the weekend.
