The customer service is non existant, the colors of orange for our particular team was multiple different shades. Some were shipped when supposed to be picked up. Others were held back at store without notification. Any customer questions or concerns were responded to with condescending remarks. I will pay the extra amount and go order the dame product from a reputable print shop next time. It isn't too hard to make some t-shirts and other clothing accessories but apparently here they will make you believe it is an impossible task. Highly dissapointed
