Services
We specialize in bringing beautiful hardwood flooring to Eastern Pennsylvania and the Surrounding Tri-State Area. Creating something of beauty and value that is going to last and they are going to appreciate for years to come. We had our hardwood floors refinished by Brian and his team and we are very happy with the results.
There are several finishing options for you to consider, too. Through on-site finishing we can achieve any gloss, however prefinished flooring may not be available in every finish. High gloss is an extremely shiny finish with an 85 to 90 percent luster. The finish is very bright and smooth; think of a bowling lane or a basketball court.
Our collection consists of contemporary patinas and textures that reflect the latest trends in design. Our current selection of finishes has been conceived through our close collaboration with leading designers. Luxury shades transmit a modern feeling and speak of the now. What they all share is an ability to enhance the pure, natural structure of wood.
Hardwood floors require some common sense care to keep them looking great for decades. Following our simple guidelines will help to maintain the finish and the natural beauty of your hardwood floors. Protect your floor from direct sunlight because it speeds the oxidization of chemicals in the wood and change its color.
If you are installing your floor below grade, be sure to use an engineered or laminate product. Solid wood floors normally would not be used below grade because they are not as tolerant of moisture. A solid wood floor is not a good choice over a concrete slab since it should be nailed or stapled to the subfloor.

Brian and his crew of installers/refinish were absolutely impeccable!!! Communication was A+ (which is a rarity amongst most contractors these days), showed up on time, worked tirelessly and surpassed our expectations by a long shot!! Our jaws almost hit our brand new floors when we walked back into our home for the 1st time after they finished! A’s all around for Applegate! 10/10!!!
