Rose Garden Florist

I'd rather talk to a manager, which I never do, btw, before sounding like a first-class Karen on social media.

This florist was my go to place. I ordered a standing spray for a funeral in April. It was in person at the store in Paducah. What I ordered was supposed to be a spray of white roses only accented with greenery and 1 live red rose with 3 banners. What was delivered to the cemetery was a standing spray of all white flowers (only 6white roses) . I called and explained this and was told it would be corrected within the week. Made a special trip back to the cemetery to see new spray that had not been delivered. Made a 2nd phone call to straighten this out and was assured it would be taken care of.

I did not like the bouquet arrangement they sent my wife and they promptly offer refund or re-do it correctly.

Very friendly , courteous and helpful .... The flowers I ordered were perfect in every way , and arrived at the Hospital just as my Mother was starting her first Chemo treatment in her room ... God Bless you guys

The lower rating is because these flowers were ordered from out of state to a family member here who had surgery. They arrived fresh but rather than nicely put together, they looked like they had just been picked and wadded into the vase. We did not ask for replacement or refund..we simply spoke with a young lady who took offense at my stating we thought they should know about the flowers. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. When I purchase fresh flowers or pick them, I try to put them together nicely.

Rose Garden is GREAT! Love getting flowers there or gifts for people. One of the last times I went in there I was so blessed by the person waiting on me. Their cheerful, upbeat attitude was so refreshing and encouraging. I really appreciated there taking the extra time to take care of my order and make it a great experience. Thanks Rose Garden! Bought roses from them to ask my girlfriend to marry me and she said yes!! Don’t know if it was my stunning good looks or the roses ether way she said yes. Big thanks 👍 definitely recommend. I’ve used them several times since and delivery’s are cheap and efficient

Abbey and her people are absolutely amazing. I have had a gorgeous wreath made there which I adore. I also received probably 10 bouquets while i was recently in the hospital and they made each one. With each delivery, the stunning beauty made my day. Outstanding attention to detail. You can tell they are made and delivered with love.

Great service and prices! Highly recommend! They do beautiful work for all occasions.
