Lee and team were very knowledgeable. He was always pushing forward to assure timely answers. Lee is to the point and will be honest with you on the position you are in. I sent clients to these folks who needed help on a crop insurance claim. The agent made a mistake and the agent's boss would not step up to the plate and take care of the problem which one year of the agent's commission would have easily fixed. They took good care of the clients and got them a good result. I would send folks with insurance issues to these folks in a heartbeat. It was fun seeing the insurance folks have to pay up for their negligence. They owed my client money but wouldn't pay until Lee and Joe showed up.
