Nice complex, new friendly manager named Debbie I believe. She is considerate and gets things done.
Had an issue on move out with the company saying I owed money when they charged me a full months rent plus a prorated charge (that was wrong) . I paid a prorated rent for the days I was there. I did owe additional money for utilities, but left my address to send a bill to, because I expected to owe for those, no big deal. However with the double rent charging and then utilities on top of it, I paid 2 month's utilities and the prorated rent with a check and they took my deposit and still say I owe
