First off, I think they're scamming insurance companies. Here's what happened, and you decide for yourself. We call and set up an appointment, they ask for symptoms and say "show up at this address at 12:00 in 2 days.". We show up and wait 15 minutes, then the receptionist asks symptoms again. They tell us "You can't be here, you have to do a virtual appointment" and point to a sign that has a huge list of common symptoms that basically covers everything except broken bones. We leave and wait an hour for them to answer the zoom meeting. They call instead of answering the zoom, ask for symptoms

Zero stars, Covid is the world's new excuse to ignore patients in need. If you have any symptoms that could be related to covid (so basically everything) you can only be seen virtually. Good luck getting quality care through a screen. I wonder how many are going to die because of this new policy because no one was able to take vitals or assess the patient.

ZERO STARS! This place is a joke! Came for a simple checkup and shot for my son. No one waiting before us, of course we were on time, but did not get called back until after a hour and a half. The nurse that checked us in was GREAT, thank God for her. We waited in the room for another 45 minutes. After waiting I politely asked the woman at the desk about how long would it be before we would be seen, (again politely, and not rushing) I explained that I needed to know because I live 30 minutes away and have to pick up my other son from school. I wanted to know if we should leave and reschedule for

I attempted 6 times to make a new patient appointment because I've been unemployed for 7 months and couldn't afford my regular doctor. Calling is impossible because the phones are not answered. Likewise, online appointment requests and direct emails received no response. I've been in the medical field myself for 26 years. If the practice is that inefficient right out of the gate, it will be a nightmare to get call backs or prescription refills, etc. If I could rate this clinic less than 1 star, I would. I will gladly let my meds run out and get sick before I bother with them.

This is a simple review. They need new management. They badly need professional medical center management to review their practices and implement changes.
Their practices for something as simple as making an appointment are primitive.
They need medical center employee trainers! I feel so sorry for their patients.
I've placed their patients on my prayer list!

This place is Trash, my daughter went to see Dr. Jordan and she was the rudest. She had absolutely no compassion and was very judgemental about everything. My daughter paid her money and she couldn't get a word in edge wise. This was this doctor first time meeting my daughter and she acted as if she didn't want to be bothered. Thanks for the horrible experience. Never coming back here ever #MyOpinion

This is the WORST CLINIC. From the time you go to check in they are rude and unprofessional. The pharmacy should be shut down because I guarantee you your medication will NOT by ready when THEY tell you it’s ready. Then gets an attitude when u tell them they called you and said it was ready. Oh let’s not forget “Oh it’s not ready they might have to order it. I mean I really thinking about calling the State inspectors to do an investigation into the pharmacy because this is ridiculous. This been going on for to long ,I never have a good experience coming here

DO NOT GO HERE FOR MENTAL HEALTH. This place is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I made an appointment on 3 different occasions and each time I was never sent a link or got a call. I made it very clear I need help with my meds immediately and was told I’d have to see a counselor 1st. So today when they didn’t send the link by 1:20pm I called( my appointment was at 1) then I stated I’d prefer the dr just call me vs zoom. Waited until about 1:50 and called again. At that time I was told I was emailed a link for zoom. I talked to the counselor for all of 5min before being told that she

I understand that they are for the low income and that they go by your income but they don't have to treat you that way. I suffer from hyperthyroidism and I can not do with out my medication. I have the hardest time getting it. they tell me that i have to see the doctor before i get it so i call plenty of time for a appointment but it takes me forever to get one. and they constantly call to reschedule my appoint so it will take me a month or more to get my medication. it's time for me to move on. i don't recommended this place. And if you have no choice i feel sorry for you
