This business should be shuttered. It is completely unacceptable and unsafe. We called them and were quoted a price of $150 late in the evening after coming home from vacation. When the man arrived he attempted to charge us $450 and then when we refused he suddenly pretended he could not speak English despite speaking it well moment earlier. He then refused to leave our apartment without payment (despite the fact that we refused to allow him to touch the door). He created a scene in our hallway in the middle of the night and we ended up needing to tell him we would call the police if he did not

A pretty bad experience. The guy showed up on time, quotes me $270 just to drill out the lock. I'm out of time and don't have any choice. Then he tells me $250 for a new cylinder, again, no choice, *then* he reveals that the mortise is damaged (probably when he drilled out the lock), and this ups the price. Then he tacks on a previously-unmentioned trip charge, and miscalculates the tax in his favor. Didn't clean up after himself. On his way out, he shouted something at a Jewish person in a language that I don't speak. Then he says to me "they don't like us".
