Dr. Krystek graduated from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 1996 and has her bachelor's degree in zoology with a minor in chemistry from Western Illinois University. Dr. Krystek has been practicing in the Muscatine, IA, area for over 20 years and she is dedicated to continuing her education daily.

This place told me I had 4 cavities, I got them fixed. Then 6 months later they told me I had 4 more cavities in the same exact spot which I thought was crazy so I got a 2nd opinion. Turns out I didn’t have any cavities, they probably just wanted my money. I got a simple tooth whitening from them as well and it didn’t work. I’ve heard other negative things about this place from close friends.

Initially, I felt rushed by dental hygienist who escorted me into building. She did not introduce herself or state her position. She seemed annoyed I didn’t have all papers completed online. As a new patient I didn’t feel welcomed to the facility. It would have been nice to have been shown around a bit and introduced to staff as they entered the room. The dental assistance and actual dentist were wonderful! After expressing my concerns to the assistant, my overall experience improved with the care expected as a new patient.

My visit to the dentist was uneventful. Isn’t that everyone’s hope? Whether it’s the warmth of my hygienist who greeted me at the door, her skill to poke and prod my teeth and gums without any pain, her attention to detail to make sure nothing goes unchecked and tell me I’m doing a great job, and finally polishing my pearly whites so they gleam and feel slippery. I love when my teeth feel like that. Then, in comes Dr. Holly with a smile and friendly greeting. She takes care to listen to my hygienist so she knows what I need and skillfully polished my little chip so it gives my tongue nothing

I used to work for Dr. Holly Krystek as a dental assistant. I know her to be an honest, hard-working individual, who sincerely cares about the people that come to her for their dental care. Her staff members are very friendly and helpful and my hygienist, Crystal, is a real sweetheart. The new office building is beautiful and was designed to make people as comfortable as possible when they visit. I highly recommend Dr.Krystek and her staff, to give the best dental care available.

I have a fear of going to the dentist and it has, in part, caused me to procrastinate getting much needed work done. Finally went in and even though what I’ll need done is one of my worst fears, I feel good about it. They didn’t judge me, they were patient, kind, understanding, and answered all questions I had in a clear manner. They have options for payment plans and honestly they are just really really good at what they do. My filling I got done looks great! You can hardly tell it’s a filling. I am just thoroughly impressed by them.
