Relax and unwind with our signature massage. Purely for relaxation, this gentle massage works primarily on the more superficial layers of the muscles. Using a combination of long strokes along with light kneading and friction, this massage increases circulation and is perfect for stress relief. This deeply relaxing synergy soothes the mind, melts tension, increases circulation and harmonizes the body.

Erica was awesome. She was super friendly and easy to be around. The massage was amazing. I had a Swedish massage and told her if she found problem areas to lean into them. She really worked on my knots and I left feeling amazing. I will definitely go back!

I had 60 minutes deep tissue massage with Erica and we indeed went over a bit as Erica ensured that my all body area was covered. Erica explained what she was doing and we had some educated conversation. The massage room was so clean, the interior was calming, and music was perfect. The whole experience with her was so relaxing. I highly recommend Deep tissue massage and Erica!!

Not only do her massages really help, her knowledge and different techniques really make me feel like I am Really getting what I am paying for! As a professional coach for athletes Ive spent hundreds on massage over the years on myself and referring my clients As well & quite frankly it can be a gamble sometimes.
Finding a great therapist that knows the body and actually does “effective” therapeutic work that requires a specific skill set is extremely rare in my experience. I hate throwing away money but with Erica I’m investing. She not only matches all criteria for myself and what my athletes need but she’s a great professional at her craft with a great sense of humor too. So lucky to have found her here in the Nashville area
