The Pool Apartments have been owned and operated by the same east Texas family since the first phase of construction in the 1970s. As members of the Texas Apartment Association, our goal is to be respectful and fair to everyone - less like a big property manager and more like a hometown neighbor. Our mission is clear - to provide beautiful, affordable apartment homes to the community of Carthage, Texas and the surrounding area.
The Pool Apartments are home to 48 units that have been substantially renovated over the last five years. We offer one and two-bedroom units that we take great pride in maintaining as we would want to live there ourselves - replacing appliances, flooring, countertops, lighting, hardware and fixtures aggressively.
To apply, follow the link to our application, or pick one up at our office. A completed application and a non-refundable application fee of $20 is required for each applicant. All applicants will be subject to a third-party background check. Upon our approval of the application, we require a minimum $500 deposit.
