Chiropractic care is like building a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work correctly. When building a house, if you tried to put up your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually collapse. If you tried to put on your roof before the walls were ready, you would run into the same problem.
Upon entering our office, our Front Desk staff will welcome you as a member of our family. We will request that you complete our patient forms, located online in the New Patient Center. This paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your condition. Next, you will have a consultation with Dr. Cartwright to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and potential treatment options.
Most people are under the assumption that if they don't feel any pain that there is nothing wrong with them - that they are healthy. Unfortunately, pain is a very poor indicator of health. In fact, pain and other symptoms frequently only appear after a disease or other condition has become advanced.
Most chiropractors regard the elimination of symptoms as the easiest part of a persons care. If all that the chiropractor does is to reduce the pain and stop there, the chances of the condition recurring are much greater. In order to prevent a rapid recurrence of symptoms, it is necessary to continue receiving care even though your symptoms are gone.

This place is amazing! Doctor Cartwright is very good at listening and treating what’s aliling you. He’s very professional but friendly! His staff is great. They are always friendly, smiling and caring. Doctor Cartwright helped me and my husband feel much better. Definitely won’t regret coming to see him.

My appointment was at 5. Came in scheduled my next appointment and paid for the next full year. By the time I sat down, I was being called back, so little to no wait time. My adjustment was just what I needed after a trip out of the states. My husband's condition has improved to where he has little to no episodes of sciatica. We had to get x-rays on this visit and they took little to no time. We each did traction and the tech was friendly. Until next time. We love this place!

I am so impressed how attentive Dr. Cartwright and his team was when I visited his Wichita Falls office. From the moment I arrived his team was so polite and friendly. Then as I went through my examination Dr. Cartwright explained his process very thoroughly and he was able to answer all my questions which made me understand what our next steps would be to help me get better. I highly recommend Dr. Cartwright and his team who have back and other joint pain like I do! Thank you Dr. Cartwright and team for a job well done and I look forward to my future visits!

Dr. David Cartwright is the most caring, knowledgeable and competent chiropractor I've ever been to. I haven't had a migraine, which was a major issue and my daily headaches have lessened.
I have stenosis in my neck and low back, numbness in my arms and legs.The neurologist said surgery was my only option. Dr. Cartwright proved him wrong. My neck and low back pain has gotten better and I get up and down easier. I do still have some iffy days but certainly not like before.
I can't thank Dr Cartwright enough for helping me as well as improving my mood because I feel better.
