Would give negative stars if I could! They built our custom house many years ago. At that time, they were under the name "Chestnut Hill Development". Numerous problems have come up over the years, all of which relate back to the very poorly supervised construction by Chestnut Hill's construction managers. One of the issues that is ongoing is a ceiling leak, in a bedroom, on the 2nd floor. The problem initially occurred the very 1st year we moved in. We identified the problem with Chestnut Hill Development, and they fixed the ceiling, but did not address the underlying issue. Not

My experience was great up front, also has very friendly superintendents . HOWEVER, when it comes time to settle up payment with these people, they ran us around for months! would not answer calls, would not return calls or emails. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
