Make sure there is an emergency kit located in your vehicle at all times. Be sure the kit has tools for charging the battery, adding gas to the tank, and changing tires. I took my 2016 Impala to Collisions Pros after a horrible accident and the owner Joe came off extremely nice at first. He was patient when my insurance company was not the easiest to deal with but he got paid over 8k for fixing my car. When I went to pick the car up he kept pointing out that he did things that were not included in the estimate because he felt horrible about me not having a car for so long (over a month) however one of the things he claimed to have fixed was not fixed (leaking ac and transmission lines) now I’m no mechanic but I recently took the car to the dealer for an oil change

This place is the absolute best! Joe was very helpful and was truly is the most honest man in the industry. My car was finished in 1 day and came back to be in pristine condition. I have nothing hut great things to say about the finished product and about the service.

I highly recommend Collisions Pros for auto body repair. My car went to Collision Pros after my car was in hit in an accident. It was a very stressful situation, my car was damaged and I was injured due to the accident. I dealt with the owner, Joe and he was understanding of the situation and did everything he could to make this part of it bearable for me. I can't thank Joe enough for his kindness! He was always available to help answer my questions, he kept in contact with me throughout the entire process and was always professional and patient. Amazing customer service, above and beyond

After a recent accident, I was asking people for recommendations as to where to bring my vehicle for body damage. Three of my friends all recommended Collision Pros in Hillside. Well, i brought my car to Collision Pros. What a great experience! The owner, Joe, was the nicest person to deal with. My car was completed in a short time and the work looks so good; you would never know it was in an accident. Joe asked me if I was happy with the work and if not, he would do it again. They make sure you are completely happy with the work before you drive it. Highly, highly recommend Collision
