Crossroads is a private, non-profit, state certified outpatient mental health and alcohol and drug facility offering a day treatment program for adolescents with emotional and behavioral difficulties. It is a program designed to provide additional, intensive counseling in a structured setting beyond what is provided in weekly outpatient visits.
CrossRoads provides a continuum of alcohol and drug treatment services that meet the individual needs of Janesville area residents. My therapist was FANTASTIC. She is no longer employed at this establishment.
Their sole prescribing doctor however, Hassan Raza, discharged me from their practice for being late ONCE, leaving me to go cold turkey off of several medications and refusing to refill my prescriptions. This was dangerous and irresponsible on Raza's part. He demonstrated a lack of care for my well-being, which is supposed to be a fundamental principle of medicine (hippocratic oath anyone?)
