Michael Longo started his first floral business as a teenager in Brooklyn, New York. Working with his two brothers to build the business, their small shop set out to serve their friends and neighbors with flowers for every occasion. I grew up in a tight-knit neighborhood where everybody knows everybody, and I think people liked the idea of these three young brothers from the neighborhood working their tails off to make something of ourselves.

I should have listened to the many reviews that complained about over priced and poor quality. See for yourself. $95 for this junk. If you order online they will definitely scam you. The sunflowers were delivered almost dead. Not nearly the number of flowers promoted. Just count the stems in the two pictures. My recipient never has a bad word to say about anyone, yet did complain about this. This was an important delivery. If you have an important need GO ELSEWHERE.

Michael is very professional and polite. He helped my wife and I pick out our flowers for our wedding. Michael and his staff are amazing and the place is really clean. I ordered my arrangement through 1800florist for my Grandmothers viewing and as you can see the arrangement sent is nothing like I ordered. While I do understand that flowers may need to be switched out due to availability I would expect the quality to still be equal of what I paid for. This arrangement was such a disgrace that I was actually embarrassed when I saw it there. There was absolutely no excuse for what was delivered. This was most definitely not worth $75

I live out of state, and I wanted to send a balloon bouquet to a relative (male)of mine. I wasn’t having much luck finding a “balloon bouquet shop” like they have here, when I found this shop on Google. I called the number and spoke with Michael. We had a very bad connection on my end, but he was patient and kind. Even though the shop is a floral shop, he helped me with his suggestions to come up with an appropriate balloon arrangement for a gift for a male relative, customized at a very fair price point. He even went as far to allay my concerns by sending me a photo of the arrangement prior

Michael and his team were amazing throughout my whole wedding planning! At the last minute I had to have lavender buds for my flower girls (which happened to be the morning of the wedding), and Michael took care of it! He sent me many pictures throughout to keep me updated on the process- SERIOUSLY AN AMAZING FLORIST!!!! 10/10 would recommend for anyone in the Naples area! Placed a web order for a floral bouquet to be delivered locally in Naples. Due to Covid-19, I thought the order was delayed. It was lost due to technology. The owner himself called me back to apologize and promptly sent out a beautiful arrangement that dazzled the recipients. I’ll definitely be back as a customer!
