Critical: Professionalism
He literally told me to my face he was punishing me by charging the maximum allowable amount. Once they have your car they shoot the price up because they have you over a barrel. Never use these horrible people, they have no common decency.

I was in a very bad car wreck, my vehicle was totaled. We called Cen-tex and they towed my vehicle to those their yard. They were super helpful in the whole process. Very awesome people and honest and helpful. Thank you centex! Always recommended!

When I had a flat at 4:30 am! I started called tows. They were the first one's I called! I ask if they had a guy that could tow me? He said yes he had a guy. He ask where I was! Then he said no he didn't have any one. I will never call them again! Or recommend them.

I was stranded on I-35 and the owner quickly came to get me and drove me and my towed car to the dealership. He was timely, very cordial, and professional. Would most definitely recommend!
