Sadly I’m disappointed in this pharmacy and how they took advantage of the Pandemic to raise the price for Covid home test. I was charged $49.99 plus tax. Later I looked online for some to keep on hand as I was so sick unable to even get out of bed and had the hardest time getting an appointment for the Covid test so I looked all over Arizona an online for a home test, when I found this small pharmacy on Hwy 95 only to get charged double what this exact test goes for online and in stores when they are in stock… this pharmacy took total advantage of our need and desperation to get tested. Sad

We came to Laughlin Navada for New Years and my husband forgot to repack the container after taking his medicine before leaving for airport. So I called Riverside and they were so nice and helpful! He took care of everything for us.. He called our pharmacy and got a vacation refill (our plan was a 90 day supply), got it ready, and provided free delivery to the resort. One prescription did not have a refill. He called Georgia to the doctor's office to get one. All this "going out of his way to help" knowing we were on vacation and would not be a regular customer. I was referred to Riverside Pharmacy after my current pharmacy had unexpected supply/demand issues. I explained my issue with Sam (pharmacist) and he was very understanding. He had a solution, and everything he told me he'd do ---he did. I really like a community pharmacy, and recommend supporting Bullhead City small businesses like Sam's Riverside Pharmacy. I was able to easily communicate by phone and email too. He also has all three covid-19 vaccines making it easy to get a shot as a walk-in. The pharmacy itself is nicely done, and all new inside.
