Hi there, it's me, Sarah, and I'll be your Massage Therapist today. Thanks for choosing me and my business to help you with your pain needs! A little about me, I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 6 years now. My main focus is a technique called S.M.R.T. (stands for Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique).

Never heard of it? Well it's awesome and gentle on you but gets down to the nitty gritty of pain problems. Basically, the technique allows me to trick your central nervous system into relaxing layer by layer to get to the deeper muscles, fascia, tendons and ligaments, oh and even the bones! Overall it helps your body to unwind and release those nasty knots and achieve a deeper, more therapeutic response.
Services
An up to date credit card must be on file, and will be charged within 24 hours of any missed/cancelled appointments. If the missed payment doesn't go through with the credit card, Therapeutic Escape will send an email invoice that must be paid within 24 hours. If payment isn't received, all future appointments will be cancelled and the client will no longer be able to schedule any appointments until the payment is made.
With my Deep Tissue Massage therapy, patients claim to feel relaxed and renewed after each session. I'm trained in holistic therapy techniques, so I tailor your session to work on your specific goals and needs. I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.
Plan to arrive between 15-20 minutes early to do or finish any paperwork we may have. After we review your intake and talk about your goals for the session, we'll begin your treatment. Undress to your comfort level and lay on the table as directed once I leave the room. After your treatment, take your time getting up and getting dressed, I will knock on the door to see how you're doing and check you out.

I have been doing various types of bodywork for over 15 years. I was referred to Sarah by my gym. I have had serious neck and back issues from car accidents and even though I do chiropractic care I still needed other help. Sarah's SMRT technique is amazing and provides instant relief and lasting results. My chiropractor was so impressed with how much better my neck felt she asked me what I had been doing different and the only thing I had changed was going to see Sarah! She is great and you will not be disappointed!

I had the most rewarding session today with Sarah! I usually get deep tissue or a sports massage when I seek relief or fascia release for my massage appointments (I have an active job). They are always painful but necessary, or so I thought. Today I was introduced to the SMRT (Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique) for my 90 min. massage. Sarah was able to find not only my sore spots (plantar fasciitis, trigger point pain in back, shoulder rounding) but the associated muscles that were compensating for my soreness. Basically she didn't treat the pain but what caused it. Talk about mind blowing!
