These people are terrible at communicating. I had called them and spoke to a person who didn't even give me their name. In fact, they picked up the phone and just said "Hello?" like how am i supposed to know if i even have the right number. Regardless, i explained that i was looking to do some tree trimming, debris removal and landscaping in my backyard. The unnamed person simply asked if i could email the details to them and they'd get back to me about scheduling a time to stop by and get a quote from them. That was 4 days ago and ive still not received a response. Totally

Service was scheduled and the appointment went perfectly. Many Areca Palm clusters were removed and the stumps removed as well.
Very Large trees were pruned professionally for fruit production and tree preservation. Live Oak canopy over a Fort Lauderdale home was thinned safely for Hurricane.
With all this hurricane activity and it being 2020 and all, Consider getting your trees trimmed to save your home from debris.

So, despite all the reviews regarding scheduling issues with this company, I decided to give it a shot because it appears, if you can get them to come out, they do a good job!
I scheduled an estimate for a very large job, so you'd think that might be motivation. I spoke directly with an associate and discussed my concerns regarding the reviews about the no-shows. She assured me the issues all occurred around the time she was out of the office but all is well now.

I have made an appt with A&K Tree Service for doing landscape at the house. He called me and I didn't pick up cause I was little busy so he decided not to show up and went to another appt instead....then I called him and asked when can he come again and he said around evening.....so, I waited and still didn't show up whatsoever......if he had called and say couldn't make it I can understand but didn't even bother to call me.....wasted my whole day with this unprofessional company.

My 30+ foot Coconut Palm Tree was dropping coconuts on my metal roof so I looked up some tree trimming companies and got really lucky. Within a day all the coconuts and palm frongs around them were cut down and hauled away. I couldn't have asked for quicker service, a better price or a better looking tree and my roof is safe.

I highly recommend A&K. A couple years ago they removed 6 palms from my swale and replanted them inside the yard for me, and flattened out the swale and put sod. Cane out great. Now, my neighbor finally lets me take his huge tree down. Let me tell you. These guys are pros. My fence and tiki and my neighbors fence and roof made it a dangerous and risky job for potential damage. But these guys cleared it out without leaving a scratch. Amazing work guys. Definitely my go to moving forward. Quick response and very professional. Showed up on time, and left spotless. Thanks.

After having two other companies come out and quote for tree trimming, and both ended up being no-shows/no-call when scheduled, I contacted A&K to trim the various palm trees around my property.
The owner came out to my house on the same day to give me a quote. The quote from A&K was $200 cheaper than the first company's quote, and $40 more than the second company's quote (but included an additional tree to trim).

Extremely happy with the service A&K provided. I had three gigantic palm trees removed and I couldn't be happier with the result. First of all, Bradley was always very professional every time we spoke on the phone. I had numerous questions that required several phone calls and he always had the answer or responded promptly. He was able the schedule my service almost immediately, so it was nice to not have to wait for the tree removal. His crew were very professional, efficient, and accommodating.
