If you're looking for an honest jeweler in Peoria, Illinois - I can't tell you where to find one. I can, however, tell you where you won't, and that is at Roger G Burke jewelers.
Nick Burke, personally, misrepresented the authenticity of a piece to me.
I sold a piece of vintage jewelry to a woman who used Mr. Burke's assistance in misrepresenting it as fake in order to return the piece through eBay without having to pay.
This ended up costing me over $230 out of my pocket, to pay for the return shipping and to pay to have the piece examined and chemically analyzed (for the second time, since
