I am so thankful that I was referred to Lenox Home Care. The caliber of caregivers they have is superb. Avi, the owner, is kind and responsive and truly cares about the families in his care. He listens to the needs of his families and he matches caregivers to the best of his ability. My Mom was very happy with the care she received and I truly believe that her caregivers helped her in her recovery process. I feel very blessed that we found Lenox Home Care.

Lenox Home Care responded to an emergency call I placed when my Aunt was surprisingly released a early from the hospital. She was weak, confused, and could not stand on her won. Her caregiver, Awa, was kind, patient, sweet, and loving as she took care of my Aunt. She prepared breakfast and lunch for her each day, her friends, my Mom and Dad, and husband and and I took turns supplying dinner. Otherwise, Awa would have prepared it. Awa took excellent care of my Aunt, helping her walk, shower, and staying with her at all times. Avi, the owner, is responsive and kind. Altogether, a superb company.

After my mother fell and fractured her back, I had to find home health care for her because she couldn’t return to her Assisted Living. I found Avi. Thank goodness! He went to work immediately and by that evening I had the 24 hour care I needed for her. Gigi was so good with my mother and had the expertise to help me navigate this very stressful situation. If you need help and don’t know where to go, call Avi. It will be the best decision you will make for your loved one.

Lenox Home Care went above and beyond in helping with the care of my grandmother. The owner, Mr. Warga, met with the family and got a clear sense of what was needed. I was extremely pleased with the service of Lenox Home Care.
My family became in need of home health when my 96 year old father fell and broke his pelvis.
During this time of Covid-19, we did not want him being isolated in a rehab facility, and we made the decision to do home health care along with home physical therapy.
This was our first experience with this type of service, and Avi Warga, the owner, helped made us feel at ease. We specifically liked the ability to make a proper "fit" between my father and his caregiver. In general, all of the caregivers were extremely capable

My 95 year old mother wanted to remain in her own home and our working with Lenox Homecare allowed this to happen. Avi, the owner, worked tirelessly to provide her with the most trusting, kind and compassionate caregivers during this past year. Her deteriorating health required full time care, and Avi scheduled this with expert care until the very end. Our family is forever grateful to Leshell, Ndeye and Avi for this.

My parents are 87 and 93 years old and still living independently in a condo in a senior community. They do, however, need help with personal care and tasks in the condo. Lenox Home Care has been providing caregivers several times per week. My Mom has been very pleased with the caliber of the women as well as their positive disposition, professionalism and flexibility. Admittedly, she is very particular and before we employed Lenox Home Care we were facing challenges finding anyone who suits her. So, my sisters and I are grateful to the owner, Avi, for his innate ability to match people.

Lenox Home Care is much more than a business. It is run by caring and reliable professionals. My mother has been allowed to age in her home under the loving and watchful eye of professional care givers. These ladies regularly go above and beyond to preserve my mothers dignity and give her the ability to feel as though she were living independently.
