As you might imagine, we create plenty of mulch on a daily basis and we are happy to pass that mulch along to those who need it. USA Tree Service LLC is licensed and insured as a contractor in Florida and have all liability and workmans' comp overages necessary to protect our staff and our customers.

I recommend USA Tree service. They gave me the best estimate for my tree pruning and I called several companies. The tree crew was very careful and took extra precautions with my fencing and building. Kim was great with scheduling and follow up communications. If you need tree service please consider them. My sister and I have used this company over the past couple of years to remove many trees and stumps from the 5 acres we live on and were happy with the company until recently. The first complaint was with their referral service. I referred them to a friend who used them for work over 350. And was to have received a gift card. When I called, I was told by the woman who answered the phone that they would check into and send out the card. Never heard back and no card was received. Then over a week ago, we called to have a couple more trees removed which was done the same day. Price included stump

Made an appointment a month ago to trim two palms. They never show up. Called many times, best they can tell me is: "hope to schedule you next week". Meanwhile the HOA is very displeased. Don't call these people. Waste of time.

We had a palm tree that needed to be removed. Due to its location (near our pool cage and other trees and plants), they said they needed a special machine to take it down. They brought a mini excavator and pulled it over onto another tree and severely damaged that. As for an apology, the workers seemed unfazed and even confused when I told them to leave. The apology was an afterthought (as he turned his back and walked away.) The vaguely apologetic woman in the office said, “Sometimes bad things happen.” This was totally avoidable. I made an appointment for a tree removal estimate and was given a morning appointment. The time for which I was slotted came and left. I called to ask for their ETA and was told that the service man will arrive later than expected. Once the service man arrived, I recieved a quote and proceeded to schedule the tree removal. I was advised that I would receive a phone call the day before the scheduled appoint, and I did not. USA Tree did a great job removing a tree that was hanging over our home and thinned out some branches that were dead from some surrounding trees.. They also trimmed our palms. We got a good price and were very happy. They were on time, professional and we were very happy with the clean-up. I would recommend this company.

The crew that did the tree cutting was great.....except a tree falling on my favorite large Philodendron and breaking it. The issues that we had with this tree service company was lack of communication and calls not returned. My advice is to not pay them until the entire job is complete. We were told multiple times that the stump grinder would be out and we waited all day and he did not show. Found out a few weeks later that the machines had been down and he was backed up....why didn't they tell us that in the first place instead of telling us someone would be out the next day and they never
