Dr. David Wardlaw, known as Dr. David to most of his patients, focuses on providing clinical excellence and great results in a pleasant and positive environment. Dr. David grew up in Little Rock and followed in his father's footsteps to become an Orthodontist.
He attended the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Dentistry, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery and then went on to specialize in Orthodontics at Washington University in St. Louis.Upon graduating in 1989, he joined his father, Dr. Fay Wardlaw, at Wardlaw Orthodontics. His father retired in 1997, and Dr. David has been treating patients as the sole orthodontist at Wardlaw Orthodontics ever since.

The incorporation of Invisalign into our practice has been a game-changer. My Invisalign journey started in 2016 when I completed my Master's course in Invisalign treatment. The most important takeaway was that it demonstrated how capable aligner therapy is in treating many types of complex orthodontic problems.
At Wardlaw Orthodontics, we are constantly striving to provide orthodontic care that is efficient, effective and comfortable. One of our systems that sets us apart from other orthodontic practices is our use of the "Indirect Bonding" method of applying braces to the teeth. This method, used by only 20% of orthodontists in the country, allows us to attain a beautiful orthodontic result in less time and with fewer visits necessary.

I wanted to share with anyone needing orthodontic work our amazing experience with Wardlaw Orthodontics. My 8 year old son had a severe underbite and cross bite so we went to Dr. Wardlaw. From the moment we scheduled to the first appointment to 22 weeks in, the office is amazing to work with. Very professional and very comfortable setting. The office makes you feel at home and Dr. Wardlaw makes you feel confident in the decisions need to be made. We really loved our experience! The staff is always very nice, accommodating, and professional. We moved here from Dallas after my daughter had had braces for almost a year. Dr. Wardlaw agreed to treat her without having to start all over again. He used the existing brackets and made them work rather than charging us to put all new brackets on that matched what he typically used. And after we were finished paying Dr. Wardlaw kept her coming for treatment until he felt her teeth were perfect. Several of my family members have used Wardlaw Orthodontics, and they were all very pleased. My experience was no exception. I began to have concerns about the long term health of my teeth. Appearance was the least of my concerns. Using Invisalign all of these were corrected and, of course, my smile improved! Everyone in the clinic from the front door to Dr. Wardlaw provide one of the best customer/patient experiences I have ever seen. They provide superior service and care in this field and you will not be disappointed here!
