Hello, my name is LeAnn Hasselbeck owner of LeAnn's Flooring by Design a locally owned and operated flooring store. I have 25 years of flooring and design expertise, along with a desire to make remodeling floors, counter tops, and custom showers simple! My favorite part of my job is meeting new people and helping bring their vision to life.

Went in there to look at carpet they would not even let me use there bathroom they have no concern for their customers. No manners. I wouldn't buy carpet from these guys if they were the last carpet place on Earth. Customer service is not there. They do not care about the customers. They do not care about you. Feel free to use the side of the building if you have to go to the bathroom. Two thumbs down

Mis-quote resulted in $2,000+ surprise price increase days prior to install! Miscommunication between "Flooring by design" and subcontractor made for confused and frustrated installers. I will look elsewhere for future flooring needs. I will recommend my friends and family avoid using this company.

I have been using FBD for 4 years and love the service they provide. They will go out of their way to make things right. Richard is very understanding. Fun to be able to pick a carpet you like and have bound for throw rugs versus going to the store to by what your neighbor has.
I would highly recommend Flooring By Design.

5 star rating all the way! I had the pleasure of working w/ Richard (owner/operator) and Lori (sales associate) to select the perfect flooring for our bathroom remodel. Unfortunately we had some damaged product (not their fault), but they were able to work with us for resolution and i'm already planning on going back for more flooring due to their attention to detail and customer satisfaction. You won't get this type of service from a big box store which is why I highly recommend!

We purchased carpet from Flooring by Design a few years ago and love it! It is comfortable to walk on, wears well, and was reasonably priced. Their expertise is appreciated! I will look to them again when needing flooring as they have quality products!
