They are Lowe's Sub-Sub contractors (under Mega Plumbing). They installed a dishwasher such that (according to dishwasher repair specialist) could burn our house down. I tried to schedule a fix. They don't respond.
When cornered they say that only one lady schedules and she is out for the week and nobody can schedule except this one lady. Lowes manager called many times and they refused even though this is a hazard in our home. Then they hanged up on me when I asked if anything can be done. It is so bad that Lowes promises to reimburse my expenses in finding another company to fix this.

We were experiencing “ water hammer”. They came installed water pressure regulator on top of extensive multiple fittings (unnecessary) from the main line coming into the house back in Dec. It didn’t fix the problem it just lessened the noise. This month the noise got worse. Called the office advising. Didn’t get a return call in a timely manner instead received an email (6 days later) stating plumber would arrive on certain date from the hours “between and”, no time listed. Was disgusted at this point contacted another plumber. My new plumber fixed the problem. Solution: The water pressure
