The best moving service ever!! On time, efficient and they worked very fast!! I had multiple large pieces and stairs, they did such a good job!! Kind and polite team. Made sure everything was cleaned up and exactly how I wanted it before they left!!

They were quick, polite, and physically pushed themselves to finish our move within the 2h minimum.
We started our move the day before, with no movers. Family wasn't able to help as much as we'd hoped and in all honesty we severely underestimated the overall workload.
As everything was in our $100/day moving truck we wanted it out ASAP. These guys fit us in the SAME DAY we called. Crazy.

Used this company to move our office. They were quick to get us scheduled with a short notice. The movers were very polite and made the move go stress free. Thank you for your service.

The staff is friendly, but their disorganization, lack of knowledge, and the driver’s challenge with directions made this an extremely stressful move for both my husband and me. Unless they become organized, I do not recommend this company for your move.
Below are most of the issues we had with both moves:
One: I had Groovin Movin move me on October 16, 2021, from a house to an apartment. I didn’t have any large furniture, only boxes, and a queen-size mattress/box spring. They initially told me I was scheduled for 2:00 p.m.; I confirmed this through text twice. I received an email confirming

Poor organization, failure to communicate when schedule disruption. 3 hr.job took 5 hrs. I have a theory when a truck pulls up that appears poorly maintained, usually their workmanship reflects the looks of the truck. Definitely true in this job. I shuddered when I saw the truck. I have moved many times and this was the worst ever experience.

I could never recommend these movers. They didn't show up at the agreed-upon time and when contacted said they had forgotten to schedule us. They finally showed up completely unprepared and rude. No apologies. They didn't have many tools -- not even a tape measure. After they couldn't figure out how to get the refrigerator out of the house, we told them to leave. My daughter and son-in-law ended up loading the 26-foot truck themselves. It was nearly a disaster. I'd give them no stars if I could.

Well my things got moved but they were slow and very careless. It took a second day and truck to finish. They were not communicative and at times actually rude to me. I DO NOT recommend them. The one star is because my stuff did get moved.

I very rarely write a review... However, I must say the 2 gentlemen that helped pack our large U-Haul truck for an out-of-state move were awesome! They show up on time, they were very professional, they worked very hard and packed the truck like a rubic cube puzzle. There is no way we could've done that packing on our own and fit all our belongings into the truck before departure. I can't say enough good things about them and would highly recommend them for any services...great experience, thank you guys!

These guys showed up on time and were ready to get to work unloading our U-Haul. They had a "you're the boss" attitude and let us direct them where we needed them. They were very effective at placing the items where we needed them in our two story home. They also loaded furniture into the U-Haul for us to take to our storage. The owner was one of the two who showed up and he was a super nice guy. Would recommend these guys to anyone!

We had the guys do a multi stop move for us yesterday 11/18/19 and everything went smoothly! They were efficient and easy to deal with, no issues!

My last move was 20-years ago. My partner and I did everything ourselves. This time, there was just too much stuff and my feet, knees, legs, back and arms screamed in pain. My partner’s back wasn’t holding up well either.
At 5pm I called Groovin Movin of Vancouver and spoke with Angela. She was compassionate, caring, and understanding. I think she even felt my pain. I pleaded, “Is there any way we can get help moving tomorrow morning”? She said, “Yes – we can be there by 9am”.

This is the second time we've hired Groovin Movin to move our upright piano and (super heavy!) safe. Super courteous, nice guys. Considerate and thoughtful about making sure floors weren't damaged. It's not cheap to move two big items like this, but Groovin' Movin had better pricing than the other service I called. It took a little while (6 days) to get confirmation of the date/timing, but I'm glad I was able to be flexible. I'm very happy that I chose these guys again.

This company was terrible which was very disappointing after so many great reviews. they didn't follow thru on promises and were sloppy. we had several issues: incorrectly re- assembled furniture, packing left incomplete, and windows left open overnight in the rain. after several trips back to our old place by ourselves to try to correct everything and several messages to management, nothing is getting taken care of. For the price we paid, including extras, we hoped for actual good service. Some of the movers were very nice and worked hard, but that doesn't make up for all the errors and the lack

Andrey from Groovin Movin is amazing! We called him to move a piano and he was able to do it with an associate the same day! Then when we got to the destination, he saw how tricky our basement stairs were. He and his associate were able to very carefully and calmly bring the piano downstairs. It was a lot of work that we were very impressed with!
And he was so positive! Great attitude!

Well now we have done move 2. It went well. I have an awkward driveway at my new home and so they had to walk much further than they should have, but they were gracious about it.

Noting broken or harmed either.

And just a thought, how can you give a person a rating because you don't like their company policy and so did not use them. A 2 hour minimum is standard.

I needed a piano moved quickly. I made a few calls but decided on Groovin Movin. Andrey was quick and courteous! I was able to get same day service for a reasonable price, on a Sunday no less. Highly recommend for your piano moving needs!

Great customer service from these guys! They did an awesome job in getting us moved to our temporary home!! They were on time, quick, careful with our furniture and breakables. Wrapped our furniture in blankets and shrink wrapped around that. Put the furniture in the home where I wanted it and moved it if I didn't like it there. Put our beds together for us and stacked all the boxes nice and neat. Can't say enough Andrey and Ben. They were friendly and funny, which made moving day experience even better. Thank you and we would definitely use you again!
