8 years ago we went thru an exhaustive selection process. Palladino was not the least expensive, but they were, by far, the best choice. They were the most informative, descriptive and clear on our options. They did a fabulous job.
This time around, we did not bid out the job, we simply called Palladino and got a quote. It seemed a little high but labor has gone up. Then the pandemic hit. We waited and they called as soon as possible to schedule the job.
To say we are THRILLED is putting it mildly. Rather than seeming a tad expensive, we have gotten EXTRAORDINARY value. The crew was on time every

We had Palladino paint an Eichler we recently purchased. The painting really transformed the house.
Advice: Lou helped us select good paint colors for the interior and exterior, and definitely has a lot of experience with Eichlers. This helped us be confident about the choices we were making.
Payment and scheduling: Really easy. Karen, who manages their office, keeps track of all of these details and we always knew what was going to happen when, and got all of the invoices in a timely manner. They allow payment with a credit card, which made things very simple.
