I have had nothing but positive experiences with the doctors and technicians but unfortunately the front office staff have really ruined the whole experience. I don't know if it's just their flawed system but they are very disorganized and do not return phone calls or emails. Scheduling is a nightmare. I've been told from the doctors on multiple occasions to schedule follow-ups for three weeks out but the front office staff cannot accommodate - claim that they're booked out two months for a simple follow-up. They seem to have a lot of trouble with insurance plans and ask me

Thank you Aimee for being so kind and helpful! We are here on a short vacation and my son forgot his contacts at home. I called and was told I could bring in a script and they would take care of us and they did. It was painless and the staff was super sweet and understanding. You should definitely give these guys a chance!

Excellent! I was referred to Dr Hoven by Dr Rose (Four Corners Eye Clinic - also excellent experiences). Due to staffing shortage I expected to be delayed or stressed staff, however, everyone (all 3 staff I interacted with) was calm and communicated clearly. The reason for delay was a regular customer with a serious eye emergency. I still received excellent care at all points of my visit. Dr Hoven was fantastic addressing my unique eye health concerns and staff helped with navigating vision insurance. I recommend Advanced EyeCare.

Dr. Kiley Berry and the entire team at Advanced EyeCare are the best--highly professional, caring, and courteous. Dr. Berry always makes me feel comfortable and has such a warm personality. I also really appreciate that this business doesn't change my prescription just to make a buck or recommend unneeded procedures--just the ones that keep my eyes healthy and my glasses functional!

I called and got an appointment in less than a week. I saw Dr. Berry and she was amazing! I love her positive and friendly personality. She took the time to answer my questions and was very professional. Also, the gentleman in the office offered to fix my sunglasses which were a wreck....I really appreciated that! I will be back!

I have been a patient with Advanced Eye
Care for 11 years. I'm not sure if there was a
change of ownership, but lately their
customer service has been garbage.
I've missed 4 appointments in 11 years and 1 was due to a COVID exposure. Now they
won't allow me to make an appointment. I'm only allowed walk in appointments. Oh and I was charged $25 fee.
They tried to charge me the fee after my COVID exposure, but begrudgingly decided not to after Aspen had to clear it with the manager.
I Would've gladly paid the fee as I take ownership in my missed appointments, but now I can't schedule an appointment

The doctors and medical staff are all amazing. The people who assist you with your glasses frames are just as amazing. The front office staff is horrible. I ordered contacts and asked the woman assisting me if it was the right kind twice. Both times told me yes. Ended up ordering the wrong kind. Told me 7-10 days. 15 days later I finally have my contacts. Other than the office staff the place is awesome with a good selection of frames

I love Advanced Eye Care, they actually care about your eye health and work with you to find the right method for you. Unlike other doctors, they don't push you to do what they want you to do and ignore your input completely. They are also cool with you buying your frames elsewhere and putting your perscription in, they do have a lot of frame options but I am specific and got my own elsewhere.

I was lead to believe that an eye exam would cost $29 with the rest being covered by Medicare. I was very surprised to later get a bill for $255 for a simple eye exam. Glasses are very overpriced with the staff trying to sell you glasses in the range of $700+...My advice is to find out what the total price will be before dealing with these folks !!!!!!

On vacation when my driving glasses got jacked up (frame bent). Went to the local Walmart who quickly told me they couldn't do anything with the glasses due to "liability reasons." In an adjoining parking lot is Advanced Eye Care. They greeted me at the door, sat me down and for the next ten minutes, adjusted the frames, replaced the nose pads, cleaned the lenses and at no cost. They laughed when i asked them about incurring "liability" for their work. The technician noted the only time you worry about getting sued is when you don't know what you're doing!
