My wedding ring broke and after one jewelry store said they couldn't fix it, another store wanted an obscene amount of money then I found Camillos. The woman behind the counter was sweet and welcoming. I explained what I needed and she took my ring for the jeweler to look at. They were confident they could fix it and their price was extremely reasonable. I picked my ring up a couple of days ago and I couldn't even tell where it had been broken. So, while I loved the original redesign of my ring, I did not love what happened less than a year after the redesign. THE MAIN DIAMOND FELL OUT. Gone, lost forever. As I mentioned in my original post, I have been married for 25 years, and this never happened. When I went back there to see if they had a copy of the ring appraisal for my insurance (I was told this would be mailed to me when the ring was redesigned, but never got it)... they not only did not have the appraisal, they had no record of the ring or me as a customer. The new guy who "helped" me said Karen was no longer there

I brought my moms ring in to have sized up, she passed away Tuesday, so she can wear it. Brought it in Thursday morning and they had it done that afternoon. Everyone was great and understood. I would tell everyone to come here. I will never take my jewelry anywhere else. If I could give this place 100 stars I would. Thank you all and God Bless you all.

My father brought in my 1963 all original 5513 submariner to these crooks while I was working in Iraq. When I returned the original bezel was lifted and replaced. My father did not notice the original had been removed but upon comparison of photos the switch was obvious. I'm filing a lawsuit as well as a complaint with these (repeat) crooks with the Attorney General Of Texas. My watch is very precious to me and the estimated value of the stolen bezel is between $2500 and $3500. It's no wonder they made a quick lift.

I went here to try to find a simple band. Maby even a bridal set. I told the lady my price range and she told me I should go to "Sams Moon"(big jewelry store w/fake jewelry). First off I'm not wearing Fake jewelry on my Wedding day. Second I was even willing to go past my price range but she was so stuck on what I said she didn't even want to help me. I'm so mad I even bought something from here. I would never go back or even refer a friend. The fact that when my fiancé came to pick up the ring she was very rude to him also.

I assisted my son with purchasing his fiancee's engagement ring from Camillo's since we were doing a 'trade in" of another ring towards the purchase. Dan Camillo provide outstanding service in helping us get a fair price for our trade in and in selecting the perfect engagement ring for our son to propose to his girlfriend. Where to begin??? I was looking for a Jewelry Store that can soder charms onto two bracelets I had as gifts. I called to see if I can see what there price was when I spoke to someone telling me he would charge me $4.00 each charm as long as I would let them know that "The Boss" said it for $4.00 a charm. DO NOT TAKE YOUR JEWELRY HERE!!! I took my wedding ring in to have it sized and they tried to rip me off. The lady took it to the back room and returned to tell me it would cost $200.00. When I asked why it would cost so much, she informed me it was because "it was platinum and platinum cost more to size". Mindful I was going DOWN almost 2 sizes. My ring is not platinum. I know because I was there when it was purchased from the jeweler. They stated "they tested it" and put these HUGE scratches on my ring.
