METALWORK: Provided is a Limited Lifetime Warranty, from effective date stated herein, on all metalwork and framework, to include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking pitting or deterioration, excluding rust repairs.
MECHANICAL REPAIRS: Provided is a Limited Lifetime Warranty, from effective date stated herein, on all mechanical repairs pertaining directly to original collision damage.Warranty, from effective date stated herein, unless manufacturer's warranty is less or more, on new parts installed by or at the Shop.

Q: Where do I get a claim Number? A: Claim numbers are issued by your insurance company at the time you report your accident. Just write it down and bring it in with you. We will do the rest. Q: If my vehicle's frame is damaged, is it a total loss? A: No. A car is a total loss only when the price of repairs exceeds the insurance company's determined value of your vehicle.

Glenn, my device writer, really went to bat for me against the insurance adjuster; he pushed back constantly against shorrcuts and omissions that the adjuster was pushing for.
Quigley's took their time to make my car whole and were always happy to take the time to come to the phone to give me updates on the progress of my repair.
I recommend Quigley's wholeheartedly and with no reservations; see them first, I guarantee you will not want to look anywhere else.

HORRIBLE PLACE DO NOT GO.
The white, bitter man who quoted me on my bmw is unbelievably rude and literally kicked my car when he wanted to show me the places where there could be problems. He is very unprofessional and impossible to deal with. This "man" is also very greedy and will quote you such high prices.

I don't leave many reviews, but Quigley's definitely deserves this one! This shop is THE BEST! This was my first experience with Quigley's and Mark went above and beyond to help me figure out how to proceed with my repairs after my car was sideswiped by another driver. Mark helped me with the insurance claim process and helped me to think through my options. The repairs were handled perfectly and quickly. I hope I don't need any more repairs in the future, but if I do, I would definitely return to Quigley's!
