Detoxification is the first step in the recovery process. Its purpose is to eliminate harmful substances from the body, to assist with a smooth transition into one of our treatment programs. Addiction and alcohol detoxification must be handled with the utmost care - this is why medical and therapeutic services are provided, under the direction of our Medical Director and Clinical Director.
Wavelengths was founded on the belief that it can help participants halt the process of addiction, improve life skills, and reclaim a sense of self-worth. From holistic treatment methods to nutrition program to weekly counseling and therapy sessions, our highly skilled staff are here to help you put the pieces back together again.
Withdrawal from Benzodiazepines can be very harsh on your body. At Wavelengths Recovery, we strongly urge you to NOT attempt the detoxification process on your own. Benzodiazepines are psychoactive drugs commonly prescribed to treat a variety of conditions, including anxiety and insomnia. These drugs are known on the streets as Benzos, Dippers, Heavenly Blues, Goofballs, Valley Girl, Zannies, and Footballs.

Wavelengths is an amazing place to recover. I spent 8 months here and to be honest the counseling saved my life. I had a few slip ups and they never turned their back on me, they helped build me up when I fell down. Erin Madden, the clinical director is truly one of the most passionate, loving, caring, and educated people I’ve ever met. She was my therapist, and the work we did changed my life — I am beyond grateful for this place. I’ve never been anywhere like it. The program was good, location is great, counseling is AMAZING. They transport you to AA/NA meetings but is not required, have

Watch the movie body brokers and you will understand the reality of this rehabilitation. It was about my insurance not long term sobriety or you would have people going to outside AA or NA meetings and building a foundation outside of the rehabilitation center. The key thing to be a good counselor is working yourself out of a job not keep everyone dependent on you.

I have gone through treatment two times prior and I felt that since you detox then get transferred to different facilities for residential and PHP iop then outpatient made it hard to build a foundation. When looking into wavelenghts I saw that I would be able to build a solid foundation amd work with the same thereapost and case managers. However I was way wrong. They hire clients right out of t

Place saved my life. It is so different from any other rehab I've been too. You still have your freedom. The location is beautiful, all of their houses they own are amazing, the program is great, staff are great. I flew there from Ohio and didn't even want to come back after 4 months, some people do end up staying. Amazing and life saving place. The owner Warren is also an amazing person and you will get to meet him during your stay. He cares about every person there and they all really listen to your concerns.

Life changing... this place opened my eyes to a world i thought I would never see again. Warren Boyd is the most caring and understanding individual I’ve met in probably my entire life... so many times I thought I had nothing left to give or put into recovery.. but the staff refused to let me fall.. they picked me up and were with me 100% of the way. I love you all at wavelengths. Thank you

I arrived at Wavelengths in the beginning of July 2017.Totally unaware that I was just steps away from Death. Aside from my Opiod Addiction I was facing some major medical issues. Three weeks in I had to go to The ER for steroid injection which they wouldn't do and offered time pain meds after I had told them three times I was clean.i found that the more I I participated and opened up in group the better I did,no matter how much I didn't like too. I Give Thanks Each and every Day for Warren and The staff at WLfor without them I wouldn't be here today at 30mnths clean
