Worked with initials C.B. at HW. At interview with prospective employer it was learned numerous job duties in the HW posting for the position on Indeed were not even a part of the job. The employer was perplexed by this when showed the HW Indeed ad at the interview. It becomes an issue because a viable candidate could possibly rule themselves out if they feel they don't meet certain qualifications or vice versa. Zero interview feedback from C.B. (not sure if feedback is really something you should expect from an employment agency in all fairness). Also some definite misrepresentations by C.B. during

I would personally like to thank James Kilo for taking the time to reach out to me when I started my job search and set up numerous interviews for me. All the office's that he set me up with were beautiful and had amazimg staff. I was able to find a job, however it was not one of the office's I interviewed with. Working with HW Dallas has been absolutely amazing! I received a call from James Kilo yesterday around 2:30 and then again at 2:45 for a brief FaceTime interview call! My interview with the company was scheduled the following day and I landed the job the SAME DAY! I had never even thought about working with a recruiter but I’m so glad I did. Such a quick and lovely experience it has been working with James, and I can’t begin to explain how outstanding he has been! Will definitely recommend HW to others in hopes of searching for their dream job!!!

I have never used a recruiting company before, and was not expecting a quick response, I figured they would be like most recruiters these days and take there sweet time getting back to me. But much to my surprise I got a phone call the next day from JAMES KILO and he wasted NO time getting me an interview. I was interviewed and hired within 2days if applying. He is awesome and I will definitely refer friends to HW Dallas. So James don’t go anywhere. And thank you again for having such a fast response time.

I was struggling and unemployed for a month when I first came in contact with HW Dallas and James Kilo - After speaking with Jory on a Friday (who was the ABSOLUTE sweetest), I got a call first thing Monday morning from James Kilo who was able to schedule me an interview for the following morning with a potential DREAM employer/position! In between my first and second interview with that employer, James was able to land me a temp job with great pay! Ultimately, I was offered THE DREAM JOB after my second interview, and I'm SO incredibly grateful for James Kilo & the entire HW Dallas Team. James

I had 1 experience with HW Dallas with James Kilo and it did not go well. Apparently he will return your call immediately when he calls you for the first time but if you try to continue the process after 2 weeks or more he will not return your email. I sent him an email on Nov 14, 2019 and I have yet to receive a reply. Well so far this temp agency is really not up to my expectations and do not recommend to anyone looking for a great job.

I had an absolutely FANTASTIC experience with HW Dallas!! Lisa is AMAZING!! She was extremely helpful and so encouraging throughout the entire process. Within a few weeks, she was able to find me a position in the exact area I was looking for, with a higher starting salary than I expected! Lisa went above and beyond to prepare me for the interview and followed up afterwards to ensure that it was a good fit for both parties. I have worked with a number of recruiting agencies in Dallas, and HW Dallas is definitely my favorite. I worked exclusively with Lisa G. She's very focused and knowledgeable. All of the interviews she sent me on were perfectly suited to my experience, and she went out of her way to prepare me for them. She has always been responsive to e-mails and phone calls, which is very important. I honestly can't say enough good things about her!
