Mark A. Bailey Attorney At Law
I am attorney Mark-Anthony Bailey, and for over 15 years I have represented clients throughout the Garden State with a variety of cases regarding criminal and civil rights issues. Over the last decade, I have developed a formidable reputation as a vigorous and thorough trial attorney that fights relentlessly for the best possible outcome so that my client may succeed.

There is no case too big or too small, as my firm is prideful in providing our clients with 24/7 access to get answers and receive guidance through trying times. It is my honor to earn the title of your family and community attorney. It is my goal to provide you with hope when things seem most hopeless.
Services
A skilled attorney can make the difference between failure and success in legal matters from criminal issues to personal injury cases. As a Newark resident, I am familiar with the community as well as the court system. I founded The Bailey Firm with a single goal in mind: to help the residents of Newark, New Brunswick and Greater New Jersey with their legal needs.
From criminal law issues to personal injury matters, a competent attorney can make all the difference. I am attorney Mark-Anthony Bailey, and at The Bailey Firm, my focus has long been to assist my clients with whatever legal hurdles they encounter, from criminal misdemeanors and felonies, including driving offenses, to serious injuries that result due to another party's negligence or carelessness.
I am attorney Mark-Anthony Bailey, founder of The Bailey Firm, and I have over a decade of strong trial experience. I offer aggressive representation to those in the Newark and New Brunswick areas as well as throughout New Jersey. I have a reputation for winning close to impossible cases - a reputation for which I've worked hard.
In the United States, the regulation of marijuana use continues to change rapidly, so it is good to know what your state laws dictate. In New Jersey, many people with progressive and painful diseases can take advantage of our state's medical marijuana program. While users of cannabis for symptom and pain relief are allowed a fixed amount monthly, recreational use of the substance is still illegal.
In New Jersey, the penalties for drunk driving are severe. You may face fines, license suspension and jail time. Also, you may see a steep increase in your insurance premiums, as well as motor vehicle surcharges and the need to install an ignition interlock device in your car. For repeat offenders, these penalties are even more severe.

Report
I recently needed legal advice/representation and Mr. Bailey came highly recommended. At our first consultation, he put me at ease by explaining to me how the entire process should play out and continued to guide me from start to finish. And in the end, I was very satisfied with the outcome. Mr. Bailey & his team were knowledgeable, caring and very calming during my many "freak out" moments. They were always available to me when I had additional questions and/or concerns and would always follow-up to keep me in the loop. I am so very thankful for his hard work & assistance
