Since day one of becoming a PMC customer I have had only positive experiences. In two instances alone PMC had gone beyond my expectations for a timely delivery and service. In the first case a regional power outage over several days severed all communications. Customer Service some how was able to communicate with me assuring me that I would receive my prescriptions asap. I did receive my prescriptions within 2 hours after power had been restored and on time. It was apparently a team effort between pharmacists, customer service and delivery personnel . My experience with PMC has been top notch. Each interaction has been professional but also kind and warm. Delivery of medications has been on time with each driver giving a warm greeting, and each time feels like a trusted friend. I’ve not had one issue with getting medications or of receiving them timely. Thanks to PMC for excellent service that not only honors God, but makes me feel honored too. Customer service has gone to the wayside, but not at PMC!!

PMC has been a wonderful experience for me and my family. The girls in the front office are friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and prompt.

PMC Pharmacy has been a lifesaver for me. I move around quite a bit and receiving my meds by mail is the only option. This company is a pleasure to work with. They are always professional, knowledgeable and will go out of their way to solve any issues that may arise. Communication is vital and they excel in that.

I have been with PMC pharmacy for about a year. I have nothing but the best experience with PMC pharmacy. My medicine is alway delivered on time. Never have to wait for my medicine to be delivered to the store like the big well known pharmacies.

I can’t praise them enough! They ALWAYS have my meds in stock and call at least a week in advance with a friendly reminder to schedule my delivery. Never an automated robot. PMC Pharmacy is the best thing that has happened for us in this long chronic illness journey. They never miss a delivery and it is completely painless now to get the meds I need delivered. We switched to them because I would previously have to visit multiple pharmacies for refills of my meds because not all carried the meds I required in stock. It was very frustrating every single month to go through that on top of my illness. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a little help making sure they have what they need, when they need it.

My Doctor recommended PMC Pharmacy a few years ago when they were the only one making home deliverys and since I don't drive it was such a help. They are truly professional, caring group of people, call to remind me when I needt to make Dr. appointments, when I need new scripts and make sure I don't run out of medication especially when Holidays are coming around. When you call them you speak to a person and they do everything to help you.. I was and still am impressed with the service that I received from PMC.

I have used PMC Pharmacy for over 5 years. They are the most professional, dependable, and friendly group of people. I know their first names, that's how personable they are! I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone for any of their medicine needs. Don't waste your time waiting in long lines or having to travel to yet another drug store--PMC pharmacy will deliver all of your meds to you! (And even the delivery men are nice!!)

I was weary, at first, to use a mail order pharmacy. I imagined missing packages or lost scripts. But, they know what they are doing, have always met my needs and are there to help.
Suggestion: an app would be cool, so we can stay updated on delivery date, what's being delivered, correct billing information and identity of driver making delivery. Knowledge is power, let's empower those that feel powerless when they are not feeling well.

I'm disappointed that they decided to change to self delivery. With UPS I can follow my shipment using the UPS app. I work 3rd shift and I have to be up to sign for the package. They have a large window. This means I have to force myself to stay awake or miss the delivery. And to add to this, not that my life isn't hard enough they have incorporated a punishment of $20.00 if you miss the last attempt.

This is the first time I've used this type of service. I admit I've been hesitant to use PMC. However, the scrutiny of these chain pharmacies (even the one which I'm well established and well known) becomes frustrating, disheartening and makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong by being in pain and having to manage my pain through medication. I've also frequently run into situations where I've provided a prescription up to and over a week before the fill date, and on the fill date, the pharmacy's unable to fill the prescription at all and/or only being able
