Wayne and the whole staff were amazing and extremely friendly. I only went a couple times and Wayne was able to help me more in 2 visits than my orthopedic has in the past year. I received outstanding care while rehabilitating from full knee replacement surgery at Next Step Physical Therapy. My case was complicated because I fell at home a month after surgery resulting in two pelvic fractures. All of the staff from the front desk to the physical therapists are top notch. Friends and family recommended them to me and I have since referred several people to them. If you want to achieve the best results possible from highly skilled professionals this is the place for you!

After shoulder surgery, my surgeon , said I would be throwing again in 3 weeks if I was faithful to my PT. Well he was correct to the day because I found the right PT firm in Next Step with the best therapist in Steve Tompkin. He set me up with the correct program and kept me to it. It all worked.

A very dedicated and professional organization. Scheduling with Shelby and Megan is a breeze. Masks and temperature checks are a constant safety measure. Steve and the other therapists are kind, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. I started therapy after dehabilitating migraines and neck pain. Now, I am feeling much better and have the tools to keep myself well. Thank you very much. I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately this is the second time I have had physical therapy sessions at Next Step. (for different issues!) BUT fortunately the therapists are incredibly skilled at their art. This “go around” was with Debbie Kiag. She got my arm/wrist/thumb on my dominate hand working in short order. AND the sessions were so pleasant. I was impressed with the cleanliness. Tables and equipment were continually sanitized and, of course, masks were required attire. So, though we would like to not need physical therapy, I would most definitely return to Next Step. Thank you Next Step!!!
