Total Printing Systems, a family owned business that was established in 1973 by Rich and Wendy Lindemann, is proud of our history. Originally founded to provide commercial printing, Total Printing Systems rapidly expanded to include governmental publications in the mid 1970s.
We utilize and greatly benefit from having a rural community workforce comprised of dedicated employees and driven by a strong mid-western work ethic that ensures a quality product.We have 45 full-time employees and an average length of employment of 16 years. Everything started out fine. But once proofs and books were shipped, it was clear that they didn't know how to package things properly or manage their quality. Both proofs were damaged. The first shipment of books had damaged books, and of the 12 books, 5 were not clean inside and were totally unacceptable. It took 3 weeks to get replacements. The color of the cover on the replacement books didn’t come close to matching the proofs, or the books that I already had. Two of the 5 books had damaged corners. It took nearly a month to get replacements, during which time I had to manage a very unhappy

Total Printing Solutions is outstanding.
The books are stunning. The colors are vibrant and the images jump off the page.
I needed a rush order of a thin coffee table book 8.5 x 11 long in color with a glued spine. I was surprised by how hard it was to find anyone who could actually do this. I started with the photo album companies (shutter fly etc.), and quickly realized what I needed was too customized. So then I started calling printing companies, and everyone was going to need modifications, couldn't quite get what I wanted or had mixed online reviews.
