I went for a normal checkup and had a cleaning and one cavity. The entire experience was extremely convenient and orderly. The COVID precautions felt adequate: masks, face shields, and one patient at a time. Price was reasonable for the filling and procedure. I felt no pain or discomfort during the cleaning + filling process. For the first time I actually enjoyed the teeth cleaning because of the great flavors! Ask for the pina colada if the paste normally makes you gag. Thanks Dr. Wu!

I was told by my 13 year old I needed to go see a dentist. She new I hadn't been seen in about 30 years. I never had a problem or pain so I didn't think about it. I made an appointment thinking I just needed a cleaning. Nope, root canal city. The doctor told me she was surprised that I only had one cavity but it was too close to the root too just fill. She is very gentle and patient. I saw my cavity in the x-ray and I was explained why she chose a root canal. Both the dentist and the assistant have my thumbs up. I will be returning every year with or without pain.

Good dentist. Worst customer service staff EVER! I was a current patient and because I changed from one delta plan to another, the office manager now considers me a new patient and they aren’t accepting new patients...go figure!
I asked to speak with the dentist and was told that talking with her wouldn’t do any good as the dentist has nothing to do with accepting new patients. Unbelievable.

This place was listed as "in network" on Cigna. My family member who is visiting from out of town has Cigna and had a dental emergency this morning. After calling to confirm an appointment, we showed up to the office. The office told us they could not check our insurance on a weekend. We said we'd be happy to file it later but asked if they could take our copy of the insurance info and bill it against insurance tomorrow (ie, on a weekend). The woman at the front desk at this point tore up the xerox copy of our insurance and told us that the dentist could not see us.

Dr. Wu has been my dentist for around three years now. My teeth weren't horrible, but they needed some deep, deep cleaning. Given the deepness of the cleaning that I needed, she has an INCREDIBLY light touch. And a WONDERFUL bedside manner. She is very concerned about the well-being of her patients and does her best to deliver her care accordingly. She is far from your average dentist; far above. You could even say that in many ways, she breaks the mold! I actually look forward to my appointments now because I know that I am doing something good for me and that it will be a uniquely pleasant experience

I love this place! Best dentist ever. Dr. Wu knows everything about the latest dental technology! I had both a cleaning and root canal done in record time and with no pain. Their office is excellent about navigating insurance and very transparent with costs. Better yet, they have very flexible scheduling - so helpful to have a dentist willing to see me after working hours and on weekends! Highly recommend.

My last dentist recommended a gum graft. I got a second option from Dr. Wu who notice my teeth have very long roots. A gum graft was not needed as long I kept scheduled deep cleaning. She also listened to me about a tooth I have that was sharper do to grinding. When eating that tooth would bite the inside of my cheek. She used a buffer to buff out… the edge of that tooth. I can feel my cheek slide across the tooth now without biting scrapping . The last dentist just scrap the tooth with some kind of dental tool which left me still cutting up the inside of my cheek.
