We are locally owned and operated and have the best interests of our community at heart in all that we do.
In less than 40 seconds, this self-service body scanner accurately depicts your body composition through the use of an infrared laser. Wherever you are on your fitness journey, you'll be able to track your body fat percentage, balance, posture, and more. Unlike a traditional sauna, the infrared sauna uses infrared light to create heat instead of air.
We offer a variety of membership plans, starting at just $34.95/month, so you can pick the best fit for your needs. A VIP membership is $39.95/month and includes four HydroMassage sessions per month, four group classes per month, and four infrared sauna sessions per month. VIP members have access to one Fit3D body scan a month.
Since our launch, every aspect of our gym has been designed - from equipment to cleanliness to the paint and lighting - to be Jackson's most innovative, welcoming, and results-oriented gym. We are happy to announce that Fondren Fitness is an official Fit Chef Catering location, making our gym a one stop fitness destination. Work out, grab a juice from Mama Nature's Juice Bar, and pick up a healthy Fit Chef meal! Fit Chef prepares delicious and healthy meals at an affordable price. Fondren Fitness will be selling meals straight from the cooler and will also be a pick up spot for online ordering.

These guys will continue trying to bill you for personal training six months after your trainer is no longer there and you quit going to the gym. This has happened three times to me and the Manger is incompetent or doesn't care. If you are working out by yourself probably a good fit but the billing errors are typical Mississippi B.S.

I am so comfortable at this gym! And that means a lot because I am 68 year old. Granted I have been a "gym rat" for 45 years, so I should be comfortable anywhere, but I have joined places over the years where I WAS NOT. FF plays a nice variety of background music, has an impressive assortment of equipment, squeaky clean dressing rooms, and healthy meals to go! Their best kept secret: HYDROMASSAGE TABLE !!

I joined because it was close to the job, I need to get the weight off, but no one really gave me a tour it could of been because of covid-19, but other than that it seems okay, I like the inside of the gym. I just wish when I signed up the young lady could have told me where some things are as far as restroom and things like that. I just had to walk around to find it myself. Hopefully it gets better.

Love this place! Leah and the team greet us with smiling faces each morning. The gym is always clean, and it’s full of great, reliable, and diverse equipment. They offer a wide variety of classes daily with varying times to fit all schedules. I’ve enjoyed yoga and kickboxing so far, and I’m looking forward to trying more classes. Fondren Fitness is the best!

Great gym. Great price on membership. New top of the line equipment. Can be crawded in afternoons. Staff /management very responsive to questions /suggestions. 180 training is staff for personal training. Tavi is willing to work with you to find a regiment for your budget and set you up with a trainer. Ask for Henry- best there imo
