Klein-Spring Montessori was established in 1984 and is a family-owned Montessori daycare and preschool located in the heart of Spring, Texas. Children learn and grow at Klein-Spring Montessori and are ready for elementary school when it's their time to start. The Montessori method encourages children to grow to be independent, have self-reliability, feel a sense of responsibility and pride, and develop a lifetime love of learning.
Montessori is a method of learning from infant to high school. The most important period of life is birth to age 6 as 90% of a child's brain development occurs during this time period. Montessori is based primarily on the self-directed activity of children, hands-on learning, and collaborative play within a 2-3 year age span peer group.

Our Toddler Montessori program cares for our youngest students from ages 16 months to 35 months. This covers the first half of a child's most important years.
Our Montessori Toddler program covers the first half of a child's most important years from 16 to 35 months. We welcome our youngest students into our school family and help them transition from being at home to being part of a school community while providing a safe and loving environment. Here, they begin to bond with their Montessori Teachers and classmates.
This is my daughter's first year here and being as picky as I am, I can honestly say I have not found a better school for my 2 year-old! I absolutely LOVE this school, the staff, the teachers, and the environment they have created. I have nothing but good to say about KSMS! I highly recommend this facility!

Our two kids have gone through KSMS, and we could not be happier. The owners and admins are very involved and communicative, and the teachers have been fantastic for our kids. Our son was more than prepared for kindergarten, knowing arithmetic, the alphabet, and geography (including naming all 50 states, the continents, and every country’s flag). And our daughter is well on her way to kindergarten.

I cannot say enough good things about KSMS! After touring many schools in the area, this was my first choice by far. My daughter is a late talker and she has come such a long way since she started here in January. It’s amazing to see how far she has advanced in just one short year. They were a huge help in potty training and in a few weeks my girl was a pro. She loves her teachers and literally runs inside every morning so excited to see all of her friends and teachers. My daughter has went here for a little over a year now. She was 2 when we decided to look for a daycare. I cannot even explain the anxiety we had over putting our daughter in a daycare and if they would treat her right. You hear so many horror stories and I can honestly say that this specifically was one of the best choices we EVER made. From the beginning they have always been very attentive, caring, informative and most of our daughter got tremendous help with her speech, a structured but fun/loving environment. My oldest daughter attended from 2.5 through entering Kindergarten. My youngest daughter has been going since she was 18 months old and is 3.5 years old now. This preschool has been a gift to my kids and our family. It is well run. It is clean and the children are well kept. My kids thrived and learned so much. My oldest daughter moved into Kindergarten more than prepared. The staff has supported us through life challenges such as loss of work, serious illness, deaths in the family, and family issues. I’ve worked at Klein Spring Montessori School for 14+ years! I can’t stress enough how much I love this school. My four kids all have attended KSMS, and they loved it. KSMS has been my second home with such great family/coworkers. Sandy and Marc always work hard to give the children, and the staff the best environment possible. I’m looking forward to many more years with KSMS. :)

KSMS has been an amazing experience for our family. From our first visit I could tell my daughter felt right at home there, which is saying a lot as she is a very reserved child. We took two children there and they both were always excited to go to school and felt so loved by all the staff. Beyond the loving, safe environment create, they also truly honor the Montessori philosophy. It is one of the few places we looked into that actually has certified Montessori teachers in every classroom.

Before we moved to Texas in June of 2019, we called KSMS to feel them out. They gave us some tips on how to help our daughter's speech and if we were interested still when we moved to Spring, to please stop by. Our daughter was 3 1/2 when we moved to Spring. In August of 2019, we decided to put her in school. We called a few places. But we kept circling back to KSMS. I took her down for a tour and she didn't want to leave! When I first thought about putting my son into daycare as a first time mom i was terrified to say the least. Then we found Klein Spring Montessori, my son has been here since 2018 and tomorrow will be his last day because he will start "big boy" school. Its such a bitter sweet feeling because everyone here has become family to us. Its the best feeling in the world knowing that while you're away from your child that they will still be loved, cared for, and treated correctly and that is exactly what all the staff at this school does. We love KSMS! We started attending here during Covid and the staff were very conscientious of everyone's safety. My son has learned so much since he started here and I feel he is definitely ready for Kindergarten, academically and socially. My daughter is very shy and needs a lot of reassurance to get used to new situations. The teachers have made her feel comfortable and she loves going to school now! We will definitely be sending our third kid here when the time comes.

I cannot express how much my wife and I love and appreciate this school. My daughter is always well taken care of, has enjoyed every day of school and is always coming home talking about her teachers and even plays school at home pretending to be one of the teachers. Everyone at the school communicate well with us and helped to adapt to challenging situations we faced throughout the past few years. Mrs. Tammy and Mrs. Tara are always accommodating and very helpful with anything we ever needed. If I had more children, I would send them.
